In order to service our new and existing customers with the level of quality they have come to expect, we have an opening for a Product Technical Support person. The person doing this job will work full time from our Vacaville office and must be available for occasional weekend (on-call) and after-hours support. This position needs to be filled by someone who already has experience dealing with customers and can quickly learn our products and the technologies we use.
